So who's had the heaviest baby on Scoobynet?
Anyone had a 12lb'er?
Or length over 60cm at birth? |
No, thank god.....
Harrison was 9lb 8oz, (and that was bad enough) and as they pulled him out quite harshly, they said they wouldn`t measure his length........I suspect in case they hurt him further. Joan. |
paige was 9lb 11oz full term
isaac was 9lb 5oz @ 35 weeks both ceaserean, as she's got a narrow birth canal, apparently! was in theatre was isaac was pulled out through the sunroof :) not a pretty site :( chris. |

3lbs 10 ounce :o
|
A rather average 7lb 8oz
although labour was a rather speedy 4 hours... |
My brother was a 12 pounder - 12lb 4 oz - in 1956 and is now a svelte 6'6" and 23 stone. In addition, he's had 4 kids - the 3 boys were all 10lb 10oz's each (record consistency, if not weight, and his little girl was a petite 9lb 4 oz!). His wife still wanted more despite all that but after 4 c sections they wouldn't let her.
Fortunately for my other half, our little girl was only 7lb 4oz - I'm only6'1" and about 16 stone, but the boy that is due in 5 weeks looks like being a fair bit bigger |
