Firewire adaptor for laptop

PC World just told me it will be £90 for an adaptor for a laptop. My mate bought one recently for around £30.

Does anyone know where i can get one and which one to get?

I got one off of eBay about 7 months ago - cost me about £25 IIRC :) Slotted into the card slot on the side of my machine :)
