Radeon Pro GPU Cooler

My Spec:

AMD 2600+ Athlon
1GB DDR400
Radeon 9800 256mb Pro
Asus A7N8X Deluxe MOBO (Rev 1.0)
Thermaltake Case with 5 case fans
Coolermaster Aero 7 CPU Fan

Was looking for a quick and easy way to cool my Graphics Card so that I could overclock it a bit.

Anyway came across THIS at eBuyer. Initial thoughts were that it looked a bit tacky especially as it only cost £7!!

After reading some of the reviews decided to buy it to give it a go. A fook me it's got to be one of the best £7 I've ever spent.

Took 10 mins to fit - really easy.

Graphics Card Clock

Was:

375/350

Now:

418.50/364.50

System Temperatures

Were:

CPU: 45 Degrees
MOBO: 23 Degrees

Now:

CPU: 39 Degrees
MOBO: 19 Degrees

And no i don't work from Ebuyer (in fact did you see my last post slating them ;)) - just thought I recommend it if you own a Radeon Card. Not only does it drop GPU temps by about 30 degrees but also lowers overall system temperatures too due to all of the hot air created by the GPU being sucked straight out of the system and not recirculating around inside :)

Chump :)
