recommend a valeter in SE?

Windsor/slough area (willing to travel a bit)

Car is parked on road away from water (and I don't fancy washing while locals whizz by), as my driveway is a building site for the moment.

So can anyone recommend a good hand wash/wax/wheels in the local area (within 30mins)?
