Extreme Scoobies & Scooby Tech
Hi,
I would like to hear from anyone who has used either Extreme Scoobies or Scooby Tech (cant find any info on the latter, do they have a website??). Good or bad experiences, I would appreciate any input. I need to book a service and would prefer using an independant specialist. Thanks in advance :) |
Try ScoobyTek rather than Scoobytech they have a banner on here but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment

Great bunch of lads, very helpful and friendly, oh and more to the point extremely trustworthy. Put it this way, I happily drive for an hour and a bit just to take my car to them than someone closer. do a search for them on here, I am sure I have posted loads of times recommending these fellas. |

Ditto, I drive a good hour to use Xtreme now as I consider them to be the best outfit I've used. Give Knowlesy a call and he'll sort out any queries you have. Wont try and "force" any merchandise on you either. Chris |
Another thumbs up for Xtreme, cannot fault them.
cheers Pete |
I had a Scoobysport backbox fitted at ScoobyTek last month. Very happy with the backbox and the service. Paul's a top bloke and fitted me in at short notice too :D
From what I've read and heard you wont have any problems with either as their origins are similar and they are both enthusiasts. Haven't yet used Xtreme for anything other than NF octane booster yet, though they are another nice bunch of guys with a nice setup. Also worth pointing out the day I visited Scoobytek and then Xtreme, another customer was doing exactly the opposite :). |
Trashman I'm disappointed ;), it was delivered the same day, to your house at no extra cost, now that's service.
Time for a refill? |

LOL; you can always pop in to have a look at the new 04 WRX with a few mods to it ;)

Xtreme get my vote,My journey takes about 3 hrs to get to them,I'm almost thinking about charging Knowlesy for petrol allowance:D.I will gladly drive 150+ miles for each service just to know my car is in good hands.
Regards Dean |
Both get my vote - see http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=360226 Well worth the hassles of the M25 to get there.
|
Scoobytek/ Cool new technologies
They get my vote - they're in Romford not far inside the M25.

I went to Xtreme Scoobies to get my new purchase looked at, and ended up also having a H&S backbox put on. :) They were very helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not at all pushy. Also knowlsey didn't complain about me wearing the capet thin by my constant pacing owing to the fact that I was very nervous about the results of the inspection! :D It's a 50min drive for me, but worth it. I'll be taking my car back there for my next service.
Also, I've yet to read a negative comment on here about them. Best. PS. Pretty good cup of tea too! :) |
