can anybody please tell me how to post pics on this site?

First:

You need to pick a website to host your picture...i use

www.photobucket.com

There are lots more..do a search on google

Second:
Once you have your chosen site upload your photos onto it.

Third:
To put your photos on Scoobynet you need to type [img] in front of the photo url and [/img] after it BUT with no spaces on the line.

Errrr, yeah, what Simon said :D

Photobucket gives you ready made img tags and the url once you upload a pic, no knowledge required :)
