Hi,

For a guide try the Parkers.co.uk site.

You can get free valuation guides back to 1996 cars so did a quick
check on a 1996 standard UK Impreza and it came back with
Private Good = £4800
Private Poor = £3320

and thats for a 1996 car - but you may get more for a WRX - depends
alot on whether you can find the right buyer.

http://www.parkers.co.uk/pricing/use...&buyorsell=buy

Hope its some help but Impreza prices seem to have taken a dive over
the last few months.

I've just P/X'd my 1999 Impreza Turbo - standard UK car - no mods (when
I took it in) and got £7300 for it with 42,500 miles on it.

I don't think I could have sold it for much more and didn't have to get
last service done etc etc.

2 months ago I got, for £5,500, from this site, a MY97 WRX STI in top condition and all original. He had it for sale for 3 months nearly and started up around £7,500 I believe. I have also seen 1995 WRX's as low as £4,000 on here and SIDC, also in Autotrader. I know this doesn't help, but people do seem to be having trouble selling cars right now. Kids are back to school now and the holidays are over, so you may be ok, but all the above is just a warning really, in case it doesn't sell quickly.

Bloody hell - things move fast - just went to the parkers guide again
and the prices have changed to:

Good - £4560
Poor - £3155

!!!!!!!!

The price fall is all demand and supply. There are already too many imports around for the demand and more keep coming in. :(
