Fuel Pressure

Can anyone tell me what the Fuel Rail pressure should be as standard on a 1997 JDM Sti Vtd??

Hmmm - looks like 3.0 bar:

Thing is I stuck a gauge on mine and got 3.2 bar...... with vacuum diconnected and the FPR is definately standard...
