How many songs have you bought of iTunes?
Just a straw poll out of interest.
I have only bought 5 songs from iTunes, firstly because I have to have it in AAC and secondly because there choice of songs isnt that deep yet. |
None. I buy the original cd and rip them myself. That way I've got a good quality recording for listening on the hifi at home as well as something you can listen to on the computer / zen / ipod etc (AAC / WMA / MP3 just don't sound good on a hifi, even at max quality). :)

Quite a few ;) Not too bothered about getting the physical CD's anymore, in fact all my CD's are in the loft, all my music is digital!
Quality is perfect for me for daily listening at work. I've also found it really easy and a nice convenient way of buying music. I suppose though I haven't bought any albums, only individual tracks that I wouldn't want the album of, its perfect for that! |
first purchase yesterday, there was an 'itunes original' album of sting, stuff you couldnt get anywhere else so for £7.99 I thought great (being a sting/police fan!)
|
none. still prefer the original CD so I can rip at the quality I want.
|
I've bought two tracks, trouble is they won't play on my Iriver. Can I convert them ?
|
Chrisowe, you can use http://hymn-project.org/ it will unlock the tracks but keep the proof that you bought the tracks.
Next time get an iPod ;) :p |
Bought one album, thought "where the f is the base on this" when I played it through my stereo. Bought another track that I have already to compare...
Wont be buying any more... ever. Shocking quality through speakers with a sub (i.e. not headphones). Jules |
