Heard it on the Radio last night Gerry - I personally never knew Gary but I now know a lot of people through Scoobynet who speak VERY highly of him.

It looks as though justice has finally been done - well done Gerry

I`ve PM`d you bout it bud. Good to see all your hard work paying off.
The big question now is though what happens to the original sentencing judge ? Does he jus get a slapped wrist n told not to do it again? After all it was he who made a farce of the original sentence.

Good thing about the sentence passed ,this now becomes part of the justice system i.e. it has now set down for future reference in the statutes as a pointer to similar cases As it would be quoted -Crown Against MacPherson 2004. It has a good ring to it
