Just visited Powerstation - Wow !!

Just called into Powerstation in Cheltenham. The Type 25 featured in all the magazine articles was there; what an awesome looking car.

Also a new MY05 JDM STi. Nice interior, much better than the MY04.

Loads of JDM STi's in the car park, all new and unregistered. Also a red Spec C.

I want to sell my MY04 WRX now and buy JDM STi.

Why is it whenever anyone else goes to Powerstation the car park is always full of new exotica but when I go it is always full of wrecked old junk ????????

Adam M 18 August 2004 01:45 PM

because everyone else gets to see the cars before they go in? ;)

I can understand the Type-25 being an awesome drivers car....but in what way does it look awesome....or more awesome than a normal Sti ?

never seen one in the flesh but doesn't look that different to me !!

I am quite intentionally NOT going to drive one for a year at least :)

Pick up my WR1 on Saturday and that'll keep me amused for at LEAST a year....and who knows what'll be available by then !! :notworthy

NO NO NO

PLEASE STOP IT - I MUST NOT GO THERE.

I would also love to chop in my 2003 WRX for a JDM STI, but hey Lotto still has a chance!!!

It'll be interesting to see what they do about those wheels for MY05 - the hubs are bigger so no current Scooby wheels will fit.

IWatkins 18 August 2004 11:15 PM

The wheels on the 05 are wider as well. All change..... again. :)

Went there about a month back and the T25 in the mags was there too - isn't it number 4 or something?

There was a freshly imported Impreza awaiting the T25 treatment and on top of the dash was the shopping list with the prices for each part.

Quite shocking!

dc911 19 August 2004 10:38 AM

No its not number 4 its number 1!!!

AFAIK The PFF7's are going to be made in the correct fitment.
