The object of my desire.....

Forget your modern GT3 RS, Turbo or GT2....this is it!

PORSCHE 993 GT2 Clubsport

The car has been upgraded by RS-Tuning to 580 bhp & just 1140 KG.

This is a love thing!

Loud, insanely fast and a real handful....just the ticket.

Proper porker :)

I remember first seeing a GT2 and saying I want one :D

I so much prefer the 993 looks too...without those goddamn awful headlight styling that the 996 had.

CraigH 16 August 2004 08:14 AM

It'd look perfect if only it had gold wheels ;)

MarkCSC 16 August 2004 10:29 AM

I wouldn't buy that one. Someone has stuck the arches on really badly, you can still see the rivets!! ;)

davyboy 16 August 2004 10:31 AM

I woudn't buy it either.....I can't afford the £ 94,995 the owner wants.

lightning101 16 August 2004 10:49 AM

The original porsche racing team wheels were gold.

jjones 16 August 2004 11:15 AM

chav spoiler.

kammy 16 August 2004 11:18 AM

This looks like the one Tiff drove on top gear a few years back. Damm quick it was, and spat some silly sizes flames-must have been a flamer kit;)

Flamer kit and Chav spoiler.

I bet it has a gay dump valve too........and neons

chav spolier indeed! I think with that much power you might need a little down force and air in the intercooler!

MarkCSC 16 August 2004 11:31 AM

gold wheels are a must!!

and an even bigger spoiler

ScoobyJawa 16 August 2004 02:45 PM

There was a similar car (maybe even same one) at Goodwood FOS. Fooking stunning

:D

Oh and in the best 911 shape :)

ScoobyJawa 16 August 2004 09:54 PM

Here it is:

:D

Now that is a car :)

jjones - you have NO idea

Scoobyjawa - is that the one at Goodwood this year?

Chav spoilers don't work, they're put on hot hatches for asthetic appeal (apparently) - hot hatches dont' need down force! That spoiler on the other hand gives MUCH needed downforce on what is a notoriously twitchy car with an engine over the rear, lots of BHP being forced through the back tyres! :D

davyboy 17 August 2004 06:34 AM

..............dont forget it also has 2 dirty great intakes for the intercooler.

Chris L 17 August 2004 10:07 AM

:) Take that spoiler off and you would probably do a good impression of Kimi at the German GP a few weeks back :)

ScoobyJawa 17 August 2004 11:00 AM

Chris,

Yeah it was at Goodwood, it wasn't in the paddock, but among all the companies with stands. Have to say it stopped me in my tracks when I saw it :D
