Towards Droitwich - 8am-ish near Cutnall Green

Hi - i've seen you a few times between Kiddy and Droitwich along that "nice" road that encourages you to smile along the fast bends and straights!!

In particular, there's a couple of scoobs - one is green (RHS plate), but also more recently a K-plate red classic WRX, gold alloys, with a lurvley burbling xhorst :D it caught my eye as mine is also a WRX import, red, but a year younger, also with gold alloys

I've been tempted to acknowledge you both, but driving a (holds head in shame) - Metro - (in the same style as a scoob ie. fast) doesn't really make you think "Hi", more like "What the hells he flashing/waving for?"

So if you see this, say hi on a reply, and maybe join the Kiddy/Worcs/Droitwich gang of scooby connoiseurs.

matty b , yes what a road! i drive a white sti up and down that road quite often i will look out for ya!

Matty B 14 August 2004 08:17 PM

hi gatty, its matty (oh dear!!) yep, lovely road innit??!!
I'm usually bombing along on my way to work in kiddy, (8am-ish) and returning 6pm-ish. Bluey-green metro, with sidc and '  :D ' stickers!!

of course it'll be easier for me to spot (or hear) a scoob - but i'll flash ya if i pass (the other way that is, not overtake) :D:D:D

you got gold alloys? i do recall one recently (it was a blur!!)

Matthew

gatty 14 August 2004 10:08 PM

yep got gold alloys!

was in kiddy today talking to "scooby 95 wrx" nice lad driving a red wrx wagon.
saying we should all meet up as there are allready a well established "qlick" all ready in the area , we should all get together and widen it.

why the metro? at the moment?
where do you work in droitwich?

gatty

Matty B 16 August 2004 08:59 PM

Gatty - i live in droitwich, and work in kiddy!! I work in the town cetre (literally). As or the Metro, its more a regular than "at the moment", as i dont like to leave the scoob in the same place in a side street every working day. (once stolen, twice shy) :nono:

There are a few of the kiddy klan that join in with the droitwich/worcs "lot", namely Sidhead and Fizz - with a bit of good weather we're planning our regular Malvern Hills barby on sunday 29th aug - see the thread
Sunday 29th AUGUST.............MALVERN Annual Summer Barby

better still, see you there? plenty of friendly faces and cars too :D

Matthew

Breast feeding's the worst ;) LOL congrats on the new addition :D and the Baby :p

Tony

Tasberley 26 August 2004 03:31 PM

the black wrx is a cataluyna thingie.....

Matty B 26 August 2004 08:46 PM

Cant say i've seen a CLASSIC black wrx here, seen some bug-eyes and newer models tho'.

As for numbers, in droitwich there are TOO MANY now (becoming common) i suppose only a small handful venture onto scoobynet it seems. As for Worcs - well, a larger handful, - come and find us this Sunday maybe??

Congrats Gatty, now you'll have to clear the boot to make way for those Huggies boxes when you're at Tescos :D Malvern air is so pure it will put the babe spark-out even if you only make it for a flying visit -ask T5NYW ;)

Tabs - i've seen a few silver pugs to/fro Kiddy, so i'll risk flashing 'em all until its you!! :thumb:
