Austen,

I got the one that comes with the STI Gearknob.

It works very well, and all for 30 quid

Cheers

Cheers,
Is it as easy to fit?? Does it give a noticeable difference?? Is the knob as
nasty as it looks in the picture?

cant find em anywhere???? what you searching for exactly???

Austen,

The Gearknob is something that you WOULDN'T want to put on your car.

However, the quickshift is excellent. Easy to fit and shortens the throw quite considerably.

I paid top dollar for a B&M quickshift and wsih I had just cut a few inches of the top of my existing gear stick, at the end of the day it's only a shorter stick with the cheaper kits.

If you go for the Pro-Drive version you get the whole linkage to replace the oem bits, but they are loads of dosh!!!!!

what MY are you fitting it to? can't comment on others, but the one i bought for a bout £30 for my 99 is superb. good fit and much shorter throw.

only problem with it is that it rattles a bit as it slides a bit on the roller bearing it uses. seems that the only good thing about spunking a **** load on a B&M is that it uses the OE bushes and doesn't rattle.
not enough of a problem to warrant an extra £100 though:D
