upgrade opinion?

can anyone suggest a good combo of parts for me to upgrade my system with? (desperately needs it)

just lookin for combo of cpu, motherboard and ram realy with a budget of around £200 ish

i aint a clue what to go for!

main uses are photoshop type stuff, and some gaming

995mhz duron cpu
k7s5a motherboard
256 ddr ram
64meg geforce 4mx
