AirCon MY94
 

The Air Conditioning on a MY94 is pretty harsh on the engine as I can feel the load cutting in and out when the air con is cutting in and out. ie the engine revs drop and rise, and when driving the car it slightly speeds up and slows down.

But on newer cars you can hardly feel it at all.

Is this just new technology or is there something wrong/worn on my aircon?

Also does anyone else get water dripping from the aircon drain because I have never seen any water from mine at all.

It was regased last year
