Hi

I had a VF35 on my MY97. Should fit your car too as the engine is the same. :)

claudius,
Im comparing a td05 with a vf35 options before my apexi remap.

I have a VF35 on my MY00 (same as MY99, I believe). I haven't driven a TD05 car, so can't compare. However, yes, a VF35 fits. FWIW I have a Scoobysport decat downpipe.

Sorry, not tried the TD05 (other than the one in my Evo, TD05 16G). Do you mean the TD05 that they had on the older cars (pre 96 IIRC)?

I can tell you this about the VF35, though: it is a bit lazy under 3000 on a std engine, spools up ok and goes really well from 3800 - 4000 to the rev limiter. I ran it with 1.3 bars boost (held) and I have to say it was very pleasant.

If I had to decide between the 2, I would probably get the VF35 again, as there are "lots" available (STIs that change turbos, or got into an accident, etc.) therefore relatively low priced, and as the TD05 is much older. Unless you mean another TD05.

Sorry if this isnt much help
