Upgrading ARB, Links & ALK - what else?

Hi,

I am running with standard 16" wheels on my STI v5 and I have ordered Whiteline 22mm front & 24mm back ARB with alloy drop links and an anti-lift kit ... a full geometry setup is planned once this stuff is fitted.

Is there anything else recomended? Is it worth splashing out 600 quid + on 17" or 18" wheels to 'enhance' the handling? What difference will a lowered set of springs make (recommendations?) and will these improve significantly on the stock STI springs which are quite stiff as it is.

The car does feel 'wallowy' and rolls a fair bit (IMHO) with quick direction changes though which sometimes causes a loss of grip (hopefully the ARBs will go some way sort this out).

Cheers
Paul

The alignment must be done by someone who 'knows' Scoobys.
17's will enhance the stability, so will GOOD tyres.
Wallowing suspension on an Sti? Strange, maybe tired shocks.
