18s on a Scooby?

Will 18 x 7.5 wheels go straight onto my Scooby 1999 Wagon Turbo?
What are the PCD requirements of a Scooby wheel?

Will I have to roll the arches?
Who could do this for me?

How low can I go without the suspension before it scrubbs?

Lots of questions and alot of thanks in advance

Thanks

What size of tyres are you considering? the wheels "may" well fit, but dont attempt a 225" as being as the arches are not flared, they simply wont fit at all safely.

To get any panel work done properly, I strongly suggest you go to a reccommemned bodyshop in your area and get them to do any work involving the arches. At least then, the paintwork can be done to match, as i think you will need more than the arch edges "rolling".

I have 8x18's on mine on 225/35/18 rubber. On OE suspension the rears ever-so-often rubbed under compression but now I have Cusco coilovers with a *fair* drop and dont have any problems

7.5 x 18 and 215/35's will be fine, even with Eibach's. But make sure the offset is between ET48 and ET53.

Alot of aftermarket wheels in this size for the Scoob are ET48, but Prodrive used ET53 on the P1 WR which had 7.5 x 18 P-WRC's

If you get 8 x 18's they will need to be at least ET50 (the compomotive MO's should be this offset). The problem with 8 x 18's is that you really need to fit 225/35's as a 215 is too stretched. As mentioned above tho' with these you may get the occasional rub on the rear arches. Removing the balck plastic strip (if fitted) may help.

225/40/18s Prodrive on my classic 4 door - been like that for well over 1 year, no rubbing :D

Havent flaired arches
