ebc red stuff help

are ebc red stuff pads and ebc grooved discs any good
i only use the car on the road and not on the track
i am getting so many mixed opinions.

EBC red ceramic getting very good independant reviews.

2nd that
i got em all round , turbo grooved discs and redstuff ceramic pads
absolutely brilliant
