Caliper leaking oil...URGENT HELP required...!

Been Shafted with a new set of 6 POT calipers that i recently bought...

Can someone please advise...

A pair of TSL HI-Spec 6POT calipers, when pressing the brakes the silver part of the calipers are leaking oil towards the bottom side.....See link below for a pic of what the caliper looks like, mine is very similer..

Are the seals gone...or could it be some thing more serious...?

Thanks for any advise..

Sounds to me as though it's leaking from where the fluid goes from one side of the caliper to the other, so maybe a call to Hispec is in order!!

Ron thanks i will be trying Hi-Spec in the morning...but am just bit peed at the moment that the seller tell me it may be an install fault..

is there any chance that one or more of the bolts which hold the two halves of the caliper together have been undone, very small chance that all it needs is a bolt or two to be done up!

Bolts...not sure as i did not un do them, but will check when i go home at Lunch...

Spoke to Hi-Spec...They also say it may be the Piston or seals...so i will pop by there later this evening and pick up the Service Kit which is costing £58...and hoping it wil fix the problem...

Okay am assuming that the brake fluid has gone on to my pads aswell!!

Will i be requiring new pads?

as above could be one of the three bolts that holds the two halves together (beware they do snap) or could be a piston.. it's definatly the bottom (the silver bit inbetween the two halves) as it sounds more like a bleed nipple to me or the line not being tight into the caliper...

Changed the Pistons, the seals and the smaller seals for the calipers last night, will be bleeding the brakes again, but looks like the problem will now be fixed as the seals were completly flat...

Have also bought new pads...

Thanks for the info..
