Road Angel Question please guys!!!!!!!
 

For you boffins out there today on my way back from Billingham, my Road Angel was bleeping and saying average, anybody care to enlighten me.

On the way back from Luton airport on the M1 south last wednesday my road angel went off and can't remember the exact warning but it was for a fixed distance speed trap ie SPECS cameras. heard the warning and slowed right down and on the next gantry there were small cameras which i wouldn't have seen had I not be looking.
Basiaclly they detect the car and time it over a fixed distance and calculate the speed. Speeding over the police's allowable limit and you get nicked.

What does your speedo say as compared to your roadangel at 70 mph ?

Jason thanks mate we did drive between some camera's but not the usual one these
were over the road and we drove underneath them, my speedo reads about 4 to 5 mph faster than the road angel

Yup - average is the warning displayed for SPECs..........

Those are old SPECS now ;)

There was another set on the 1st gantry but they have been removed :D

So there is NO WAY for them 2 measure the ave speed now :)
