Newbie question......coolant?
 

I have had my standard turbo MY00 for about 6 weeks now and I love it. Last night I thought I better check the oil etc. Everything looks ok apart from the coolant. The manual was waffling on about using a specific type. Can any one give me any practical info on which to use and where to get it.

Your local dealer or from Halfords etc suitable for an alluminium block.

I am guessing this is the one i need.

I seem to remember the manual saying something about Ethylene glycol or something along them lines.
