I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if that is Kuwait. That's pretty normal driving for a Kuwaiti :D Something to do with the fact that if they die early, they go to an even better heaven than the "normal" one... :D

Also - am I the only one who probably wouldn't park my car in front of someone who seems to be trying to "go to a better place" whilst offering to take several spectators with them?
