mate didnt u hear 2 days ago i made

575 bhp and 530 something ft torque on superunleaded at 2.2 bar
and 665 bhp and 610 ft torque with race fuel

it was making so much power at even 7500 revs that was my rev limit in my forge 2.3 i couldnt go beyond that, on a 2.2 it would have took me to 8500 revs.

i made a mistake as i told u before i went in a hurry and got the 2.3 and also i bought hydraulic cams 2 yrs ago coz i didnt plan massive power , so i dont even have solid lifters and cams and a rev limit of 7500 and check my bloody figures haha :D im so happy

im changing my stroker now to a 2.2 my own samurai brand to rev to 8500 revs and soon my cams too to aggressive ones and solid lifters etc and a cdi unit and marine coils to make max power :) same as keith cowies coils etc.

and im changing my turbo to a double ball bearing 1000 bhp truck turbo , 9 secs is so outdated now that i need to get into the high 8;s :D

should get over 900 this time, its gonna be fun :) but i will be using my gt3542 for a few months , my manifold aint big enuff for the truck turbo so i need to get a custom one made, it will take 8 weeks or so

when i know what my engine can do and whats keeping it from making power, i will change it, like last time :D


i even ordered 1000 bhp rods for it :D ,its a pity i sold my 1600 cc injectors to a rx-7 guy i should have kept them for the new truck turbo, i have 1200cc ones in mines

and kev mate my rs diff converions coming, we gonna have fun and soon a dogbox too :D full anti lag, launch control amen and i hope i dont land on my arse :D and do a 13 sec :D

yep with this gt3542 its still a daily driver :) i have 2 housings with a 0.82 it fully spools up by 4000 or so and i have a 106 housing too for drag racing

but my other turbo will be bad on the bends, strictly for competition and my drag tyres and smaller wheels and softer springs will be coming shortly

what have you done about your gearbox diffs and driveshafts then? what power wioll you be running for the road?

hi mate gearbox is shotpeened at the mo with the semi seqential ( still need to use the clutch)


driveshaft are rs ones to fit, they would break but stronger than the gsr ones, cant get custom strong ones for evos mate, i will need to look into these carbon things from new zealand, they have them for the older evos custom made.

prop is modified and diff and carrier is the rs rally race ones.


power on the road will be at 1.5 bar probably on a gt3542 500 bhp and with the truck turbo 700 bhp at 1.5 i think , something like that

but i would be running 1.2 most of the times

you will be able to have uprated driveshafts made here there are many companys who can do this for you :)

i hope it isnt a standard truck turbo as you call it thats been strapped onto it as the high EGT,s seen by a petrol engine is not suitable for a diesel turbo and will melt/damage the exhaust wheel.....

cheers mate if u have info on them pls do tell :)

driveshafts are ok its the stuff at the end that snaps after alot of launches, simon has done that a few times.

and this truck turbo is the ones used in alot of evos and supra;s for drag my friend a well proven one :D

its just far too big for any manifolds in the market, they already use em in the usa and australia ,new zealand etc

let me get my manifold sorted and will tell u which one, didnt want anyone to know at the moment till its all sorted mate

more than enuff mate :) should scare me alot

im addicted to the drag racing scene now , only way to compete against the 6 cylinders and 3 litre engines and 2.6's is to get a bigger turbo

575 with super unlead and 665 with race fuel sounds good, would never know what it feels like coz im changing it soon but i am trying to get it back for the weeks it takes the americans to make the truck manifold

so u never know u may see me in the scottish streets with it soon :D

lol thanks scuba yes their is

u can get a 8 injector modification and get the 2000cc bit
but hey my engine aint big enuff :D its only a 2.2 now instead of a 2.3




and adam pls dribble more , i need some polish :D
