Hi Folks,

Just thought I'd share a funny story with you re: the above.

Heading home lastnight from South Queensferry along the A90 around 19.15, just approacing the 40 zone at the burnshot flyover when a Chavved up Nova appeared about 2 inches off my @r$e-end.

Now as some of you will know the Feds like to sit either in the vehicle checkpoint or in the layby outside the Cramond Brig with a fekcin mobile speed camera, so I religiously kill my speed as I see them there quite often.

Anyway as I pulled over into the inside lane and slowed to 40 (after overtaking someone, incase you thought I was hogging the overtaking lane! ;)) The Nova-boy plants the right boot and speeds off into the distance.

As I get to the brow of the hill all I can see is a large cloud of smoke, brake lights, and guess what was sitting at the vehicle checkpoint...... :D :D :D :D

Reckon the guy must have 'bricked' it and locked up.... what an erse!!

Nice one Thommo - Really dont like Brown's roadside cash collectors but this is one instance when you have to say its justified.
