Service at API Engines

david,

thanks for arranging the service i had done on saturday. nathan was a credit to your business and took time to explain what he was doing as he did it. the service and knowledge was top class.

i will call by on saturday to have the service book stamped - you had locked your office and ran off for the weekend!

cheers

Thanks for the praise - we did only do an engine service - so we ought to be able to get that right :D BUT we were glad to see you and thanks for the business.

Sory I'm off again this Saturday July 3rd. But pop in any time and l'll do your book while you wait.

Thanks again David

Would also like to add my own glowing report to this API thread :D

Was some time ago (A year?) that David and Crew took my car in, but they were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful and displayed a great deal of knowledge (and tolerance) :D

A year? A year?, If we fix all cars and they don't come back for a year, we'll go broke!!

Perhaps we'll have to try and do time-lifed work so that they go wrong regularly and then we can rescue you and get more praise.

:D :D :D Ta anyway Steve.

LOL! Apologies David, but I figured you guys were having all the fun and started getting my own hands dirty. That's not a reflection on anyone else, (especially yourselves) just that eventually I have to take everything apart to see how it works! :D

Alex, we were nearly going to have it done on Friday too, then a small snag came up and bit us on the bum and we had to reorganise quickly.

We'll have it done quite quickly as its an easy job and we need to lose some cars; we have 19 in just now for engine rebuilds and space is becoming at a premium.

Hope you recover soon from your injuries and that long term there's no lasting damage. How's it feel being a 'donor cyclist'?
