I didn't camp last year Johnny :) Had the luxury of hotel!! But I know what you mean :rolleyes: From what I can make out, no campsite in or around Elvington will take bookings this year. Only option I can see is, choose another location... further away, somewhere like Wetherby or summat :confused:

Bit of a downer that...especially if there's beer flowing on the saturday. Not too keen on driving to Elvington from a campsite after a skinfull the night before. :(

Is Chop comin down from Aberdeen ?

Maybe there is a farmer who would let us camp in a field somewhere near. I will try and look into that later this week.
