Target boost, fuel cut, MAP voltages...

I'm in need of some info.

Firstly, what are the target boost and the fuel cut levels for a standard UK '97? I seem to get about 1 bar peak and 0.9 held on the std boost control. Using a GBE to raise the boost, fuel cut seems to be just a touch over 1.1 bar, although I can't get it to hold more than maybe 1.05 - 1.07 without it hitting the cut sometimes.

Secondly, does anyone have any info on the expected MAP sensor output voltages / maximum pressure etc ?

Thanks for any help.

Target and Fuel cut sound about right for that ECU.
The Map Sensor is as follows

Bar Map sensor output (volts)
0.0 2.29
0.1 2.44
0.2 2.58
0.3 2.73
0.4 2.90
0.5 3.03
0.6 3.18
0.7 3.33
0.8 3.47
0.9 3.63
1.0 3.78
1.1 3.92
1.2 4.07
1.25 4.13
1.3 4.21
1.4 4.36
1.5 4.52
1.6 4.67
1.7 4.81
1.8 4.93
1.9 5.01
2.0 5.01

You're a star, thanks !!

Fuel cut on my MY98 was around 1.25bar (it isn't a single fixed value), are you judging it from a boost guage? I ran mine at 1.15 bar for about 2 years with no problem.

Andrew...

Interesting. Yes, I'm judging it from the boost gauge. Yours was a standard ECU, not a PPP yes ? I was hoping to be able to run around 1.15 as well, but as far as I can tell, and from the info I've dug up on here, fuel cut seems to be about 1.15, so I'll have to either run it lower or get the soldering iron out and make a FCD (hence the request for MAP voltage info).
