MY01 WRX - Water Spray

Is there the wiring there to simply wire up the switch etc. for the intercooler spray like on the STI?

isn't it funny how no-one ever answers my technical questions...

Don't be so darned impatient, this is a BBS not Fizz's private support forum. Maybe the reason nobody's answered the question is because nobody who's seen it knows for sure?

If you're that desperate to find out, why don't you get under the dashboard with a torch and see if the loom is there?

Even if the wiring is in the loom (and it may well be), you still need the pump, tank and plumbing to make it all work.

If you want to see whether the loom is there, as mentioned, torch and eyeball is the way to go, as I'm not 100% sure whether the WRX has the full loom in it.

The UK STi has a button to trigger a 3 sec relay that fires the motor that squirts the water from the water tank through the hose to the nozzle.
There is also a power feed to the float switch in the water tank that lights an LED when the float is low.
Unluckily none of this or the wiring exists on the WRX I'm afraid.
However, its an easy job if you get holds of the parts. I got all the STi gear to fit into a new wagon for about £100 in total.
