big top mount for my95
 

hi guys,im in need of some advice please.
I want a bigger tmic for my MY95 uk,do any other bigger sti or wrx etc fit onto mine.or can anyone recommend a good supplier.
is it any easy job as i would like to do it myself.

You can pick up MY2000 UK or STI V model TMICs that have been modified - alloy pipes shortened, mounting brackets have adaptors and more etc. cost about £280 - £300 each. Then you would need the under scoop tray to put the scoop air through the new IC.

If you have access to old and new cars then easy job to fabricate, else need to get a TmIC and work it out.

I have done this conversionon my MY95 WRX by using an MY02 WRX tmic. Luckily the one I got had a prodrive silicon Y pipe so I cut this and added an alloy T-piece so I could fit my dump valve. I also made up some brackets and modified the bulkhead lip so that the intercooler was flat. I didn't bother with the undertray though I didn't see the point. It took me about two days to fit and you can notice the difference.
