ok how & why would emails disappear? some arent been received and sent ones are being lost?

Try looking in the Rules Wizard, just incase someone's having a bit of a laugh at your expense ?

Probably something to do with any of the following:

• Archiving: if you have switched on arcrhiving, they may have been moved to a different location.
• Views: check under the View menu and then Current View to ensure you have selected "Messages".

ta, could be a number of things, who knows with some muppets ;)

unfortunately they dont have remote access so maybe ill just have to visit them.......in Milan :D
