Hi all

Can anyone help me with some info on wiring up the brake light on the MY 99 spoiler I am about to fit to my MY95 car.

I was told there is a plug to plug it into but for the life of me I can't find it.The only spare plug I have found is under the rear shelf in between the speakers, but this is totally different to the one on the spoiler.I have searched all the previuos posts in this section and in one someone mentioned a connector cable? but besides that there was nothing on this subject.

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

You'll be looking for this :

Its just up behind the passenger side rear speaker. I haven't traced it back any further though.

Happy to help
Phil.

Cheers Phil

This is the connection that I've been looking at on mine.Problem is there must be some kind of connector cable to link this to the plug that sticks out of the bottom of the spoiler.
It's in for a service and some TLC on monday so I'll enquire about how much the cable is, but knowing Subaru parts prices I'll probably just make one myself.

Thanks again for the help.

Chris
