help for playing internet games
 

need some help people. i want to play games online through msn zone but for some reason none of the rooms appear when its loading(have left it for 4 hrs no joy)

i have downloaded all the patches and have a net passport but cant get it to work, i turn my firewall off so thats not the problem.

i have phoned bt,msn and microsoft but no real help, on the help page says certain ports have to be open to play games can some one tell me how to open ports (bearing in mind bt said there all open) a friend said something about cookies can someone elaborate please, (not choc chip:p )
