Boost on MY99
 

Thinking of getting a Dawes Device and want to know what the maximum safe boost is in psi on a MY99 UK Turbo with full de-cat and K&N panel filter. I have a boost gauge and Knocklink;)
What sort of difference would it make to the performance of the car?

1.2 bar max 17psi, or lower if your KL says so ;)

With a full decat and filter, you'll notice a difference in spool up, and will feel a bit more pokey. Ideally you should go for a TEK remap, as Dawes is a little crude / cheap power IMHO. Just watch that KL though....
