I was thinking of replacing the horrible Yellow side indicator covers with some nice blue ones from Graham Goode.

This may sound like a stupid question, but there's no legal requirement for them to be Yellow ?

Ozzy,

It's an MOT failure. Indicators have to be yellow.

Oh b******s,

I guess I could swap before the car goes through it's MOT.

It's not the front or rears, just the side repeaters that I'd like to replace.

Would the Police pull you for them ?

They can be white as long as the bulbs are the coloured ones. Theres enough cars on the road with white lenses to realise that ! :-)

Cheeky!

I believe the law is, that they must flash orange....

Hence why clear ones are legal...

so the blue tint ones might be ok... depends on how orange they flash"

Exactly that Firefox, they can be any colour as long as they flash orange.
