Doctors in the house: Why do my legs feel tired?
 

I usually feel this after a lack of sleep, but for first time I've has this feeling after sleeping well.

What could this be? It's lasted 3 days now and very annoying.

probably due to poor leg circulation, caused in general by spending long periods sitting in an uncomfortable position, lack of exercise, improper diet, high blood pressure, too much tobacco or alcohol. stress can affect it too. if it carries on, best to see a doc.

am assuming you are not pregnant/diabetic/anaemic?
