Standard downpipe

Looking for a standard cat downpipe with the two sensor holes, anyone got one they would like to sell or point me in the right direction ?

Sorry m8, I may have confused the issue.

On your other thread you said:-

I have the downpipe cat from my old car, could fit this although it does not have the hole for the second sensor at the bottom of the pipe
Does this mean your current de-cat downpipe has two sensors?

AFAIK, early Impreza's had 2 sensors. One was located in the manifold/headers and the other in the downpipe. This maybe pre 97, so not applicable to your 98 STI.

Only other time I've heard of two sensors in an downpipe is for an EGT (exhaust gas) sensor.

My 97 Forester had one of these d/pipes - the lower one is for an EGT sensor.
I used a P1 d/pipe (without EGT sensor) and just disconnected my sensor.
It didn't throw an error code doing this.
There must be hundreds of std UK downpipes hanging around the scrap bins of API, TSL etc from owners putting a decat on so give them a ring.
They'll be cheap as well so don't pay more than £50.
Try and get the youngest one possible as the cats don't last for ever.

That sounds promising as I have a pipe in my garage already without the second hole. What is the EGT sensor ?
