STI or WRX
 
can any one tell me if there is a great difference in fuel consumption between the WRX and STi. I fyou upgrade to ppp dosem this effect fuel too.

People have said that the PPP actually improves mpg by about 2mpg.
Subaru quote 30mpg for the wrx and 25mpg for the sti for the combined figure.

I get 21mpg in my std 03sti mostly on A and B roads no motorways.
So about 25-26mpg in the wrx on the same roads at a guess.

My STi with PPP is a damned thirsty beast. 20.8 mpg. Considering measuring in gpm now instead!!!
