Induction Kits ?

Ok gang need some info ?! Not totally with it when it comes to car engines as had a misspent youth fiddling with RD350LC's and other 2 stroke type stuff !! :D

Wanna stick an Apexi Induction kit on me MY01 Bugly but not sure if i can stick it straight on or wether i need to change anything else ??!!

(NB. Got a Prodrive B/Box and a Bailey Dump Valve fitted too if that makes any difference ?!)

Any info would be much appreciated ?!

There have been many threads about this and it seems that you should not fit a induction kit but change the air filter for something better (like green or STi) because a induction kit draws in warm air from around the engine and the standard setup is pretty good.

Hope this is of some help

As Granby says, there have been loads of threads about this so here would be as good a place as any to start looking for info.

Suffice to say though that Granby is dead right. You are far better off fitting an uprated panel filter than you are a cone, for a number of reasons.
