See topic, also,

I have two cars and an origin B2 cradle in each,

assuming money is a problem and I only can afford one, which do I fit it in first,

The 22B which I don't use very often but its damn easy to speed in, or the golf GTi which I do a hell of a lot more milage in (but admittedly it is still easy to speed in).

I am guessing the answer is going to be both. :(

Try Tim at the www.mobilecentre.co.uk

Always happy to do a deal

MDBinaWagon 16 April 2004 08:58 AM

How about getting 2 adaptors, and mounting the LRC somewhere where you can easily get to it to swap it between vehicles?

Martin.

Adam M 16 April 2004 09:35 AM

Am not sure on the ease of doing that?

Doesn't the laser itself have to be pretty much permanently installed?

also, where should I get this fitted?

Nevetas 16 April 2004 10:29 AM

Adam, I will buy one with you, lets try and get a group buy going.

I know a few good people that will install for us. We could get them installed at the same time.

Phil 16 April 2004 10:51 AM

The lazer does really need to be "fixed" and whilst its easy to change it wouldn't be the sort of thing you would do to swap regularly. like the B2 and Road Pilot

Phil 16 April 2004 10:52 AM

Speak to Tim before you go down the Group Buy hassle as his prices are good ;)

Nevetas 16 April 2004 11:12 AM

OK Phil, will give him a call now.

Phil 16 April 2004 11:13 AM

Don't forget you saw his banner on the SIDC Site ;)

Nevetas 16 April 2004 11:15 AM

Naturally :D

Steve,

I have already ordered the interface cable for the lrc100. Infact ordered 2 from origin at £14.95 each.

May want two units, so get a price on 2 or 3.

If he can get them for £200 a pop, then I may go for two.

G4RUD 16 April 2004 01:13 PM

I'd be up for one if it is 200 quid. I missed the last group buy and have been waiting for a good deal on one since. I too have an Origin B2 but I'm reluctant to run the lrc100 through it as I read that it can cause some problems so it is easier to run them separately.

Nevetas 16 April 2004 01:41 PM

Best price so far is £285

I will continue making some calls, and see what I can do...

bluenosewrx 16 April 2004 01:45 PM

up for a group buy if the price is right, mac

Nevetas 16 April 2004 03:16 PM
