Did anyone tell him he should fit the flamer kit pointing backwards?

thecirsch 15 April 2004 11:05 PM

Maybe I being a bit thick, but who actually took the photograph's of that. Firstly if it was the owner would you really want to see your pride and joy going up in flames and take piccies just for good measure? Secondly, pictures 3 and 4 are taken VERY close to the car. Do you think someone is that stupid to be that close up and personal to a car where the engine and presumably fuel lines are at high risk in going up as well?

Or is it a very good photo shop?

what would scooby do 15 April 2004 11:10 PM

..and why is the fire brigade posing for the last shot ??

funny that - I was thing 50/50 photoshopped and real - some of the pictures look dodgy - not convinced though

Zoom lens? All the rage these days.

thecirsch 16 April 2004 06:21 PM

Brendon,

I did think of that at first, but the pictures just don't look 'right'

But then again, I am thick ;)

Dapster 16 April 2004 07:08 PM

According to wrecked exotics the car caught fire in Austria and the photo was accredited to what looks like the Austrian fire brigade (I can't understand German but that was my deduction).....
