Hello
Extremely expensive: Day: 7.91p Evening: 3.95p Weekend: 1.50p From http://www.bt.com/Pricing/pis_info.j...ers&c_index=08 Steve. |
Thanks boxst.
Looking at that list 0845 local rate is still 3.95 pence per minute though. What makes it worse is the length of time on hold. |
...or ring at weekends.
btw i'm on NTL. |

Still, its only around £3.50 an hour....better than those scandalous £1.50 per min calls.
When does evening rate start.is it 6pm? |
Hello
If you can hold of their "proper" number, and it is usually listed somewhere, you can call them using Telediscount (one of my favourite companies: Just 2p/Min to Poland!) which is a local call: 0845 2 449 449. Have a look at: www.telediscount.co.uk Steve. |
yes 0870 is a national rate call, off peak starts at 6pm, doubt you'll get their 'real' number as most businesses uses 0870s as a small revenue stream because you do get kick backs from it. That telediscount will be using VOIP to deliver calls that cheaply, didnt see much for UK national and doubt you could call a non geo number (0845 or 0870) than traditional routing.
