GPS Software for showing speed?

Anyone know of any GPS Software for showing speed?

I have Auto Route 2004 but would like to be able to get something up on the lappy's screen to show me the actual speed i'm travelling at too.

Not sure of any GPS software that shows your speed as you will need a GPS receiver to receive the GPS signal and hence calculate your speed.
As mentioned above both of those show your speed but I dont think either can out put to Autoroute 2004.
Only thing I knwo which will work is Navigator which can buy with a GPS mouse included and hance have full voice direction sat nav on laptop.

My mate had a plugin for auotroute that showed things like speed, etc. I've emailed him to ask what it's called. Will let you know when he gets back to me.

I have a road angel speed detector which displays my speed via GPS.

Got it from

http://www.speed-detectors.co.uk

there prices are so cheap compared with other speed detectors sites well worth a look.....

You can take the output from RoadAngel using the serial cable and then configure AutoRoute accordingly. Also I have a PDA with Bluetooth GPS device, I have a bluetooth usb dongle (about £40 from PC World) and can get AutoRoute to talk to the GPS device via the dongle.
