MY03 Bulbs ??

Going to be detangoing the headlights this week, and thought while I'm at it I may as well fit some uprated bulbs. The manual says that the low beams are H1, and the main beams HB3. Is 9005 the same as HB3, and is there a simialr 900... number for equivelent H1's ?
I was hoping to get GE +60%'s but I don't think they are available in these unusual fitments. Are Osram preferable to Philips, as I think I can get +50%'s in those.
Finally, does anyone know of a driving light which will directly replace the front fogs? Subaru are dragging their heals and earmarking all their stock for the WR1. Has anyone found a suitable aftermarket from Hella/Cibie etc. ?

9005 is also known as HB3. There is no equivalent no for the H1, but not to worry all the aftermarket blub people will recognise 9005 and H1.

Sorry can't help you on the other issues.

Its a battery and air filter out job to change the driving lights ..... main beam you can get to without ..... although if your de-tangoing you will be doing that anyway

Ha!!! you think that's bad??? To change a foglight bulb on a Xantia costs £90......it's a bumper off job, how's that for CRAP design?

And changing bulbs in the o/s headlight is a half hour headlight out job:(:

I'll NEVER have another Citroen!!

That must be for fitting too, like the Xantia fog bulb, as HID lamps are "only" about £80...............:D:
