Will the ap 6 pot brakes fit under 17" Oz SuperTurismo Gold Wheels? Is there much difference between the 4 and 6 pots?

Yes, they will fit under.

AP Racing 6 pots provide a third larger braking surface area between pad/disc.

Reduces overall temps seen by evening out the load, so arguably will wear less, last longer, give more stable and consistasnt feel, dissipate heat better Etc.

Unless on full racing slicks, you are inlikely to outdo either of them.
