Whats the score with clutch judder?

Wonder if anyone can help ?
My 97 uk turbo with few a few mods (de-cat & panel filter)
has terrible clutch judder when going back down the gearbox most
noticeable when going from 3rd to 2nd (so bad it sometimes opens the glove box) i have had the clutch replaced (borg & beck) and flywheel re-faced but with judder returing within 4000m. If i do a brisk pullaway it goes for about a day then returns. It also seems worse after i been driving at 70+ or around town when creeping on the clutch (slow speeds). What do i do next to fix another clutch?. I cant fault the clutch in any other way it dosnt slip, easy to enage and nice feel on the pedal. Any comments or advice would be much appreciated.

the clutch is not really the problem. Its the flywheel, so unless you replace the flywheel you will never get rid of the problem.

The flywheel has what is known as "highspots", these cause the drive plate to "bounce" which then gives the symptom of judder.

NO amounts of stupidly suggested "standing starts" or "high rev burn off's" will eradicate this problem.

the only way is to replace the full clutch assembly and flywheel, as bolting the cover to the warped flywheel only bends this also.

Yep, expensive, but if you want to clear the fault, then this is the only option.
