Rocker Cover Gasket?

I've got oil and possibly water leaking from the large gasket behind the belts at the front of MY93. Is this the rocker cover gasket?

If it is, it was only replaced 3,000 miles ago.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

If its coming from the cam cover area i would say it was the crank oil seal

Its defo coming from the gasket behind the black metal cover that goes right across the front of the engine, leak is right in the middle behind the belts. Wish I knew more about the engine. No idea where the crank oil seal is, so could well be that. Does anyone know exactly what it is? I dont want to be done over by the garage because I dont know what I'm talking about. :)

Crank oil seal is only a couple of quid if that , but i think you will have to change the cam belt again , as this i think has to come off to change the seal .
