Does anybody know/ hear from the illusive Mr Scott Lawson?
 

Sick to the back teeth of sending e mails and private messages without any response or reply. Does anybody know if he's on holiday or something??

A fuel pump Pavlo. Only agreed to buy it on the specific instructions that it was delivered no later than last Friday. Despite numerous promises it never came despite my cheque being cashed a couple of weeks ago.

To be honest I wouldnt mind that much but the car was in with Jap Innovations on Monday and the fuel pump was needed. Needless to say I couldnt have it fitted and I now need to go back. Additional costs involved as they're not local. Just a little upset by his blase attitude.

He mailed me on Monday so he is around, but a bit of a busy boy at the moment I think

A little ironic that these "busy" people always have time to go to the bank to cash cheques but struggle to get to the post office.

One of lifes little mysteries I suppose. It's also a disappointment to find that he's mailing other users. Lacking a certain degree of courtesy I think.

SCOTT: Come on mate lets resolve this amicably. I'm not like others on here who I note had to wait in excess of a month for indicators! I still require the pump but my situation is such that I may have to buy elsewhere and request a refund.

there are alot of lighting people waiting too, i have not heard anything since last week, come on scott your not delivering the goods in a timely manner, be fair and refund people.

Thanks for coming back to me. I think keeping an open dialogue with your "customers" is essential going forward. I anticipate receiving the pump as agreed by the end of next week at the very latest.

It's just the pump i'm not after anymore...other thing still stands. :)
