Anyone out there in the Milton Keynes area suggest a place that I can get tyres for the scooby?

Must take care of the wheels (i.e. no scratches) and a decent price.

How 'bout Northampton
Try Scotts tyres, ask for Len.
I got Goodyear F1 @ £ 108.00 inc VAT valve and balance, Pirelli PZeros where £ 110.00, they do Yokos, Bridgestone (020's where £ 126.00 ish) and most all sorts - the prices are usually good.

Yep, Tyres Northampton are the kiddies.

Went in to have my wheels aligned, did a great job and went on to tell me I could have saved £50 on a pair of Bridgestone S-02s if I'd bought through them.

Mark is a great guy, into his Scoobies in a big way.. and kept going on about this guy called "Stef" who he claims is the fastest guy around.. Never heard of him http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

PS. I lived in Milton Keynes til about 3 months ago, and spent ages calling all the tyre companies in the area. I ended up paying through the nose to get some ordered through a company in Bletchley, and took a week to get them.

Tyres Northampton always have them in stock, not many companies can claim that.
